In the year of 1981, the operations started in Bangalore to cater to the diverse requirements, by specialized manufacturing of Heating Equipment from 450 C to 18000 C and more. During this period, we have catered to almost all public sectors and private companies in and around the Globe. We have been doing this with the fuel as Electricity, Diesel, LPG and Natural (Direct and indirect systems where sophisticated control and better environment and precision controls as called for). We have also supplied Industrial Ovens to Amorphous Core Transformer manufacturers both in Batch type and also in Conveyor system. This system uses the most advanced technology in heating.

We have the know-how and the capabilities to manufacture the latest and the most modern equipments in the Heating Line.

Our proprietor himself is a qualified engineer with expertise and experience in Design, Manufacturing and Servicing of the said equipments for the past 43 years. He has developed the first LPG ovens for bakery in India in 1985. He have involved with the development of many power saving systems by recycling and reusing the fuel in most economical ways.

We also undertake time bound one time repair, Annual Maintenance Contract, Supplying of Spares We are giving this service to many private and public limited companies . We are undertaken AMC for different Divisions of HAL for the entire Furnaces and Oven for the past 17+ years continuously, which have the Asia’s biggest Oven used for Aerospace Application in their Aerospace division. These places have almost highly sophisticated Furnaces and Ovens Manufactured by various foreign and Indian experts in these fields. Getting an opportunity to serve them with an asking uptime of 95% is in fact a crown to our service capability.

For the Motor and Transformer Coil Impregnation Drying itself we are patronized since 35 years. Our first customer in this line was Rajamani Rotating, Whitefield, Bangalore city who alone has 9 ovens of our make been used in their various divisions. The other very specific and prestigious point to mention is our supply to Arun Electricals, Vizhupuram, Tamil Nadu, 30 years before, which is specially manufactured to cure Generator sets of Jog falls in Karnataka. Since then they are regular customer using many ovens of ours .
